The AAM Team currently has the following position(s) available!:

  • Automotive Service Technician

    Pay Range: $40,000 - $80,000

    Job Summary: Provide superior automotive service in the aftermarket performance tuning division which includes, but not limited to, Engine, Brake, and Drivetrain upgrades. Also provide superior automotive services on regularly scheduled vehicle maintenance. Excellent income commensurate with your experience.

    Experience: Must have 2 to 5 years experience in one or more of the following fields: Japanese Car Auto Mechanic, Electrical Assembly, Engine Assembly, Transmission Assembly, Mig Welding, or Automotive Fabrication. Experience in Nissan and/or Infiniti cars a definite plus. ASE Certifications required. Attention to detail and ability to grow in the position are important attributes.


  • Sales / Internet Sales & Marketing

    Pay Range: $25,800 - $44,300

    Job Summary: Immediate openeing for a full time position for marketing, internet/website sales, retail sales, and data entry. Will be responsible for the development of Altered Atmosphere retail and wholesale sales.

    This is an entry-mid level sales position with excellent opportunities for advancement in the company. Only people that are strong in the following will be considered: Positive attitude, goal oriented, enthusiastic, strong work ethic, team player, willingness to lear and be trained, cares about people, cares about customer service, and concerned about eh end result. AAM is a fun and fast paced atmosphere where you must be willing to give and grow as a professional.

    Experience: Excellent computer skills, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking skills are a must. Must know and have worked with MS Word and Excel. A thorough knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry, or willingness to devote extra time to learn, is preferred.


  • Engineering - Product Development & Production Supervisor

    Pay Range: $31,200 - $49,920

    Job Summary: At AAM we are passionate about our vehicles and we are dedicated at providing the highest quality products and upgrades to our valued customers. As the Engineering - Product Development & Production Supervisor you will be responsible for the daily product/production flow and the engineering of vehicle products and upgrades.

    This is a mid-level position with excellent opportunities for advancement. If you have an engineering background coupled with a positive, go-getter attitude and strong organizations and planning skills this position is for you.

    Experience: Must have 3 to 5 years experience in the following fields: Engineering & designing products using CAD Programs, project management using Microsoft or similar project management software, prototyping/testing programs, quality control, and material ordering. BS in an engineering field desired.

    Experience with CNC mill operation, mandrel pipe bending, and packaging design desired, but not necessary. Ability to work “hands on” in the shop to engineer & fabricate brackets, adapters, enclosures, etc. necessary. Strong background with English and strong writing skills for the development of product instructions.


  • Welder-Fabricator Technician

    Pay Range: We pay top dollar for the best fabricators - please call or e-mail.

    Job Summary: Higher skilled personnel with strong welding and fabricating experience needed. Build all phases of components we produce: turbo kits, manifolds, exhaust piping, intercooler kits, etc. 3+ years TIG & MIG welding (welding of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum) necessary and polishing experience a bonus.

    Experience: Experience designing, developing, and maintaining welding/fabricating notes including parts used, time tables, part production documentation, picture database, and drawings desired.

    Experience using mandrel pipe bender, cold saw, band saw, break, and other fabrication equipment preferred, but not necessary.
