Frank's Turbonetics Single Turbo G35 Automatic
You are looking at the first automatic transmission Infiniti G35 Coupe in the world to run a Turbonetics Single Turbo Kit (confirmed by Reggie Wynn @ Turbonetics)! With the in-house fabricating resources available to our technicians at Altered Atmosphere Motorsports, the retrofitting of this kit was straightforward.
Frank also opted to have our AAM Spec Oil Pan Spacer with our Oil Return Line Kit to avoid tapping the G35’s oil pan and increase reliability. On the intake side of the motor the AAM Spec Angled Plenum Spacer was installed to help airflow through the plenum.
Frank’s G35 also received our AAM Spec 350Z ECU Flash to bring his idle up a hair for smooth operation and had us install a Greddy 60mm Boost Gauge and EGT Gauge to monitor his motors running condition and ensure everything is in good working order.
Frank’s automatic transmission Infiniti G35 made 340whp on our DynoJet and is running beautifully. Because automatic transmissions create additional drivetrain loss and show lower horsepower numbers on the dyno, this power output is very respectable!
Frank is planning to tackle his suspension & breaks this summer on his quest for the ultimate G35 daily driver.
